Specific Tasks
One key term and group role that I appreciate is the task-oriented role. It is associated with many roles and assists the group as a whole and individually. Creating tasks and organizing them effectively will lead to a faster more direct route to the overall groups success. The orientation may be designed in any way to cater to the groups needs. It's important to identify those needs and map out a plan to accomplish these needs. The different roles in group behaviors help the success rate of the group and overall satisfaction, the task-oriented role leads to goals and accomplishment, in my opinion, it's an important role.
